With reference to the information in the DHL: Chalking Success by Partnering with its Rival UPS case study answer the following questions.

1. Critically evaluate how opportunities have developed for providers of express delivery services since the 1960s. What are the implications for these organisations in developing and maintaining their internal competences to be able to operate successfully in a changing environment? What are your overall conclusions?
