Course purpose: Creating understanding for

strategy decisions related to operations and the consequences of those decisions.

Course goals:

- Gaining insights in the relations between the corporate strategy, market strategy, product development strategy and operations strategy. - Being able to use the most common models and concepts for operations strategy analysis. - Being able to formulate operations strategies for different kinds of businesses.
