Ethics is an important aspect in South African organization and it affects the work environment in different ways. Ethics is defined as one does not merely consider what is good for oneself (business) but also considers what is good for the other which are the stakeholders and employees (Rossouw, Van Vuuren; 2010, 4). In this easy, the discussion will deal with the ethical implications and challenges within the boundaries of recruitment and selection in an organization.
