Clean-Net Solutions is a local office building/commercial cleaning company. The key to future profitability of an organization depends on the productive, effective, and assertive performance of the sales department. The company’s job analysis will provide a detailed forecast for training, transfer, and promotion plans for the human resources department. The job description will outline a summary of employee task requirements, and job specifications. Several concepts have been considered with the development of the new sales department such as staffing, training, performance metrics, and associated costs.

The sales department is a new division within the Clean-Net company, and the departments objectives for salesperson’s is to generate leads, provides excellent customer service, provide customers the value of purchasing products and services, and simply make sales. The company will provide a six-week employee training, monitor regulations relevant to the organizations training process that will lead to cleaning service contracts. Training will consist of lead generation, proper sales techniques and sales skills, compliance, product knowledge, customer care solutions, and account servicing.
