With state-of-the art design capabilities, Riordan Manufacturing creates innovative plastic designs that have earned international acclaim. Attention to detail, extreme precision and enthusiastic quality control are the hallmarks of Riordan Manufacturing. The focus and the mission of Riordan Manufacturing company is that they are industry leaders in using polymer materials to provide solutions to our customer’s challenges. Our R&D is, and will remain, the industry leader in identifying industry trends. Their Goal is to strive to be a solution provider for our customers and not be a part of their customer’s challenges. Riordan intends that long-term relationships will be sought by maintaining rigorous quality controls, innovative solutions, a responsive business attitude and reasonable pricing. Their future goals Will be focused in achieving and maintaining reasonable profitability to assure that the financial and human capital is available for sustained growth. With my plan for Riordan Manufacturing Company, I will address specific laws and outline steps for employees to adhere to. I will also address how to handle situations when laws are violated or in question. With the Focus on the employees being they are the ones on the front lines, putting in the hard labor, they are the ones they actual make the company. The employees will maintain an innovative and team oriented working environment. By assuring that the employees are well informed and properly supported, Riordan will provide a climate focused on the long term viability of our company.
