Introduction

Today it is necessary for any organization to make organizational changes because the business is ever so changing and if a person wants a successful organization he or she will need to stay on the competitive track. As the organization succeeds so does the dynamics affect his or her organization.

Every organization has different methods of controlling his or her organization and implementing culture changes within his or her organization. An organization has several methods that he or she will use to choose, which depends on the size and factors to do with such organization. During this phase of change an organization will have to try more than one method to achieve such goal.

Steps to take

To establish such changes the organization will need to put teams together by product, structure, and customer demands. By doing such teams this will help departmentalize the organization and break up the task, goals, and responsibility among the whole organization. By departmentalization this helps an organization to function and keep up with the changes.

The next phase is the culture change, which is how values, beliefs, goals, and unity is set for his or her organization. When the culture changes it will not be easy because many people will resistant change. Change is how an organization will grow and move forward and when technology changes, goals, beliefs, and values change that organization will need to change with it or that organization will not succeed. This change has to be managed from the top to the bottom of his or her staff.

The next phase is to create a chain of command, which identifies who the team reports to and that manager will help guide each person to succeed in his or her job. The CEO or stockholders need to agree on a strategy and make sure it is followed through. The managers who are picked has to...
