Introduction
Human resource management engaged in strategic management of employeesto accomplish strategic objectives of the organization (Stone, 2010). In order to improve performance, the process of relating the human resources activities with the organization’sobjective strategic is known as strategic human resource management (John, 2012). The main purpose of this report is to suggest two appropriate strategies to address in the most significant HR issue faced by the organization any present and future circumstances.

Consolidated Global Mining Services (COGMS) encountered relatively severe cash flow issue as obtaining working capital from the banks became difficult due to the global financial crisis (Waight, 2010). Working capital management is one of the foundations of business continuity and acts as a hedge against tightening credit and access to additional capital, therefore, due to the non availability of working capital for corporation lead to shrinkages of operations and postponing of plans for capital expansion into different market (Iffet, 2011).
