Introduction

Radisson hotels and resorts have grown to be one of the largest worldwide chains of hotels and resorts with exceptional service guarantees that no other chain in this category can match. “Radisson hotels and resorts is one of the leading, full-service global hotel companies with over 420 locations in 73 countries” (Radisson.com). In 1962, Carlson purchased the Radisson Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which became the national headquarters.
