Introduction
Every country, organization and family has their own culture so it is made up of our beliefs, values, norms, rules and behaviors. These days culture has become the central point in the organizations because it regard as second home of the employee. If the culture is good then we have happy employees and productivity in the work. Now I am going to discuss about world renowned organization and its culture i.e., GOOGLE. One or the other way we know about the Google and it is famous for the working culture too where every employee has a dream to associated with that company. Google has open and relaxed culture where the people are from different places and they speak dozens of language. People in the organization are known as Google where they share common goals and have common vision.
Description of the organization
I have selected to discuss about the Google as I have already mentioned above. Google established in 1998 and founders are Larry Page and Sergey Brin. They both have created the search engine initially they named as Backrub and now it has known as Google. It has a team of more than thirty thousand employees worldwide. Larry Page becomes the first CEO and he is taking care of business operations as well as building of the strategy on technology and product development. Google has open environment which gives the birth of new technologies and innovations as fast as it shows the result of our hunt in search engine in just one click. (Corporate Information, 2007).
