The majority of individuals have grown up in different cultures which have accumulated an array of knowledge of communication competence. The tribulations within the business realm are a result from taking a step backward instead of forward in the form of a diverse workplace. The success of Ford Credit as a global leader in employee morale and productivity has implemented several organizations to imitate the organizational behavior and attitudes that have made Ford Credit a Fortune 500 company. It has proven to be such an effective tool for Ford Credit that it should be shared amongst the global population of specialists.

Culture in the workplace can be dominant with several subcultures that enhance the beauty of the business environment. Ford Credit is a dominant culture that circulates by the vision given by the Chief Executive Officer Alan Mullaly as “Go Further” or “One Ford”. These two visions enable the individuals in the firm to feel appreciated and share common core beliefs. According to Baack (2012), “The dominant culture articulates the core values shared by a majority of an organization’s members (Baack, 2.1, para. 13.). Diversity and communication plays a major role in every aspect of the world and without the proper education of such skill sets, an individual will most likely be affected. In the book Managing Diversity in Corporate America: An Exploratory Analysis it stated, “Workforce diversity positively affects a company’s bottom line by increasing the skill base and range of talent among employees” (Marquis, Lim and Scott, 2008, p. 3). In the business world diversity is still an unforeseen identity that organizations do not want to mention.
