Analyze Threats and Opportunities

By constantly learning, the technology in today’s society, it allows executives to better analyze the threats and make better opportunities for their company. Living in today world we have to always be step ahead in the game against our competitors, if not the organization will fall behind. Technology is always developing, and we as people have to keep up with the technology of today world. For example, now we can use our smart phone as a computer and do all our work with just a touch of a button.

Threats is really dangerous in today company, especially if it a big franchise. Nobody wants to be threatening, or feel like someone is stealing information from them. So executive have to better analyze the threats and see what they can do to make this threat not happen or make an opportunities of it. Since technology is constantly growing, the organization has to be growing with this technology, and be up to date with the latest equipment. I have witness a lot of businesses fall behind or even went out of business because they do not want to advance in today’s technology and the business down the street is profiting because of they are keeping up with today society. The best example I can give is McDonald and Taco bell because they want to stay ahead of their competitor, these franchise started and still are renovate their whole franchise and technology to keep customer happy. We want things that are fast, easy, and simple. We walk into McDonald now and everything is new and fresh, and fast that how we people like it. McDonald sees this threat as an opportunity to stay advance in the fast-food industry, unfortunately others restaurant do not.
