Write a draft care needs to highlight the potential differences in the care needs of any two members of the Rogers family (m3).

In this assignment I will write a draft care plan to highlight the potential differences in the care needs of two individuals in the Rogers family.

An individual needs include physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs (PIES). Physical needs are things that a person needs to keep the body alive, intellectual needs are about keeping the brain stimulated and interested in new and challenging activities, social needs are needs that make an individual feeling sense of belonging, accepted and emotional needs are about how an individual feels about him/her self.

Brenda is adolescent meaning teenager. Physically, she need regular exercise which will involve going to leisure centre for exercise, doing physical activities like swimming and so on, because this will keep her fit, relieves stress and encourage her to have good sleeping patterns, it will also improve her health in later life because exercise reduces the risk of heart diseases she also need family planning because it will protect her from early pregnancy and if at all she become pregnant now there will be a lot of complications because of her poor health and will protect her from catching STD's. She need a good sleep about 9 hour a night, too much of sleep will make her feel weak and tired and will lose concentration and lack energy but her having about 9 hour of sleep a night will make her concentrate and have enough energy. Although she understands the importance of eating well but she began to loose motivation, she need to encourage herself with the help of her parent and grandfather to eat good balance diet less in calories and fat for good health; parent should also encourage her to dress warmth by dressing warmly while going out in cold weather as this controls the risks of her catching cold or pneumonia.
