INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of the study

Every human in this world experienced stress because it is a natural thing in this world. It does not matter how the stress involve such as in a workplace, at home and etc. Basically, as a human being stress in a workplace play an important part in a employees or employers because work is one if the important parts in a daily life that it can leads to a great deal of stress. Based on this statement [ (Landy, F., & Conte, J., 2004) ] state that most adults devote weekdays to work as career development makes up almost 70% of all human development tasks.

Due to the competitive in a work place, most people or employees only focus on their work and ignoring the stress that affect their work and life. [ (C. Cooper, M. Dewe & M. O’Driscoll, 2001) ] Stated that roles stress is a job related source of organizational stress, where roles are the behaviors and demand that are associated with the job for an individual performance. Basically, in today world, people competing each other in order to maintain a work life balance where their can earn achievement and increase their own profit. So, the employees forget about the stress that occur due to the busy schedule that there had.

Normally, people are more worry of the outcomes of their work rather than worry about the way their treat people, communicate with their peers and customers. For example, according to (Nilufar Ahsan,Zaini Abdullah,David Yong Gun Fie & Syed Shah Alam, 2009) people with a higher percentage of occupational stress may not be satisfied with their job and therefore they will not feel happy working in the organization. They may feel frustrated or “burned out” when they are having problems with peers or customers. This may leave a negative impact to the organization itself. Therefore, it is very important for employer and employees to realize the stress and the stressor that cause all the negative effects. There is a lot of issue...
