Tasks required getting the project back on schedule

The team has decided to add some tasks in the project plan to get the project back

on schedule. The will be meeting with Kudler’s management staff and employees

who will be involved the coupon project. The team would like to gather the necessary

information on the current process and mission statement in order to meet the company’s

requirements. It will be necessary to review the current database and the company’s

demographics of their customers.

The users requirements, how the newsletters and coupons will distributed, and

maintaining and upgrading the current database for growth will be explained in detailed to have a

successfully project. The customer purchase behavior will be important factor on how the

newsletters and coupons will be distributed in the areas where Kudler stores are located. The

Kudler’s goals are to maintain good customer service with its current customers and acquired

new customers.

After creating the design of the newsletters and coupons, it will be required have it reviewed and approved by management of Kudler before the project can proceed. The will determine if new hardware will be needed to support this project.

After the software has been developed, it will have to be tested before implemented. Once the software is working properly and approved by management, the software will be installed. Project team will schedule support and training for all the individuals involved in the project. It will be important to obtain any feedback from Kudler to determine if the project was completed to its satisfaction and met the company’s requirements.
