The attached report, requested by the Heath Administrative Services dated April 03, 2013, describes the social and economic impact that Healthcare Information Technology (health IT) will have on the current aging population being serviced and the aging workforce providing the service. I believe that you will find the results of this research useful in identifying all the barriers and establishing the training programs necessary ensuring the technological advances is being used to it full potential.
This report was designed to focus on the impact of health IT on the aging population and how to bridge the generational gap through proper training as follows:
