I. Executive Summary

Salad Creations specializes in franchising health-eating restaurants. Our service will be to provide customers in Laurel, MD, and surround areas to have a variety of healthy food selections. Salad creations is expected cost are $191,000.000. We expect that over a two year period the potential revenue could be $141,000. We will choose a location where there is high traffic to attract a variety of customers. We believe that within three years we will make our investment back and then make a big profit.

II. Project Description

The following project proposal covers the purchasing of a building in a high traffic strip mall that will attract customers who are conscious about eating healthy but good quality food. According to the Centers for Disease and Control Preventions more than one-third of adults in the United States are obese and 17% obesity affect children and adolescents. These figures are alarming to some people, and people who may try to eat healthy may not find foods that they think taste good. We will change the outlook on how some people think about eating healthy, by providing salads they can have their way, wraps and paninis. Our strategy is to purchase and remodel building space, advertise and attract customers.
