This paper will show how global warming is affecting the world and humans. The facts and fiction of global warming.

Global warming Fact or Fiction.

For many years glaciers have been melting and making many people worry what is in store for the world and environment. Sea levels have risen making it more likely that global warming is occurring. Global warming is real and we all need to pay attention to what is happening around us. Today’s society is using many resources and energy assuring ourselves that global warming is happening and that it is a fact. The top debate that global warming is fiction to many is the lack of scientific information connecting the greenhouse effect to the global warming. There are also people that say humans caused the global warming.

The main cause of global warming is thought to be the greenhouse effect. This is mainly caused by humans. This consists of higher temperatures; glaciers worldwide are melting faster than they can be replaced. Sea waters are on the rise with warmer temps, rivers are on the rise as well making flooding an issue thru out the world. Forest fires are on the rise with extreme drought issues as well as the tornados that have been horrific. Many people clam that this is natural but we ask ourselves is it or are we headed for disaster. Many new diseases are increasing making illnesses on the rise also.

First of all, there are many arguments that favor the global warming phenomenon. One of the most accepted arguments is that “the amount of carbon dioxide generated by human actions is too much to term it ‘insignificant’ or ‘negligible’ as the global warming skeptics do” (Naik, 2012,...
