I believe this show will benefit the viewers in a number of ways; it all just depends on what the viewer wants to get from the show.

This show will have a true understanding of what the customer wants. Many of these shows currently take buyers to a few properties with their realtor as they search for a home. Current successful shows will be used as a resource used to build off. So everything that works well on these shows will be kept and altered to make even better. Individuals watching current home shows never see the entire process of what goes along with purchasing a home. So the primary characteristics of the service will be to give first time homebuyers information on things such as home inspection, deciding what items need to be fixed or replaced by the seller, price negations, estimated utility costs, how taxes are paid, what Private Mortgage Insurance is and how to avoid it if possible, what current rates are, different programs that first time home buyers may be eligible for in their state or county and much more.
