Time Management

Time management is an issue to nearly every person. We juggle home, work, school, and entertainment for our families and friends on a daily basis, and sometimes barely find time to relax or enjoy our lives. Many instances of stress can be related to a lack of proper time management. In order to manage ones time, they must find ways to incorporate all of the things they must do in a day as well as time to de-stress and relax as well as sleep. A strategy to research ways to manage time would include finding information on time management, implementing that information into the daily routine, and keeping the routine over a long period of time.

Information to be Gathered and Where to Find It

There are many sites on the internet that will help one to manage their day, from online calendars to meal planners and exercise routines. Some of the information one would want to look into in the case of time management is a daily planner and possibly articles or books on effective time management. The library and internet would be great places to start. Another resource for time management is a doctor. A doctor can help with successful meal planning and point one in the direction of other resources to better one’s health. WebMD is a good place to go if one doesn’t have a personal physician, Along with a doctor a counselor or psychiatrist may also be a resource for help with time management.

Much information can be garnered by simply reading up on the subject on the internet. However not all of this information is valid. The gatherer must incorporate strategies to evaluate each source of information they come across to see if it is a credible source of not.
