Marketing Phase I

Netflix is an existing company and is known as a household name. Many customers use it instead of cable or satellite television service because of its low rate. A household name, such as Netflix, offering a new service already has an established customer base. These loyal customers will be some of the first to try out and review this service and spread the word to the public. This is an excellent way to get the word out, but the service will still need a marketing plan starting with a SWOTT Analysis and an excellent marketing approach for that plan.
