What would you do if you were working late night shift at the bar cleaning up almost ready to go home when this couple you served a beer to after their dinner walked out and caused a domestic scene when next thing you know you are in a court room fighting the state for your license and your freedom . why should you be held responsible for the domestic case even when it happened after closing time. Today I am here to persuade you to Stand up for yourself and take the time to see what this country is trying to do to the honest hard worked population For someone else’s bad choice in life.

If you look into the Wild West at what it was brought up on, makes you think of how we let rights be taken away little by little. The structure it created was based upon alcohol, gambling, also among a few other things. this was the foundation of what we now love and call home. in the old west right on the strret in saloons front of sheriffs people were killed shot right there and did we go into the bar and hang thebartender for giving them the alcoholic drink that they had before they drew guns. We as working Americans should not have to be punished for someones wrong choice in life. We did not put a gun to their head and say drink .

You never hear of this on news or in headline papers because they don’t want us Americans to fight back and stand up for what is wrong so it is kept secret unless you happen to work in a food serving industry. It is called the dram shop act.. And with this name causes many statues revised . vetoed renamed do this and so that act blah blah . but what it boils down to is dram shop act is holding Accountable the working citizens for an alcoholics poor desecion after one has left your place of work.
