I have determined through the Platinum Rule Behavioral Style Assessment that my management style is one of dominance. I am driven by both the need to control as well as the need to achieve. This will be of special benefit to the company as we are expanding and restructuring at this time. Since our restructuring will involve some time sensitive goals, I am best suited to head this area and get the job done. A no nonsense approach will be needed in the immediate success of our restructuring. I can definitely help this company achieve the bottom line results.

With this style in mind, the company will particularly be interested in my strengths and what I can bring to the table to achieve our goal. Little to no supervision will be required as I will continually keep you informed of my team’s growth and success and direction. There is a lot of energy and creativity in my style of leadership. I am able to juggle the demands of leadership as well as my administrative duties and manage my team. I enjoy the challenges that it brings to inspire and teach others.

I understand that sometimes others are not as energetic as I am and I have to be tolerant of their pace as long as they are producing results. I have learned over the years to laugh at myself and not be so hard on others for not being like I am. Sometimes I do have to be told to slow down and be still for a bit. However I do not tolerate those that are not producing results for the team and those issues will be addressed individually should they arise.

As we go into the restructuring of the organization, I would like to initially have a meeting to discuss very specific goals and time frames. This will enable me to set forth a plan to achieve and allocate resources. I am thankful for the opportunity to show my areas of strength for the company as we grow into our new areas.
