Apple’s lawsuit against Samsung consists of at sixteen claims of infringement. Apple is a leader in technology innovations. Over the Apple has released many high tech and quality devices. Samsung and other brands have struggled to compete with Apple. Samsung for many years struggled with innovation. As time has gone on they have emerged to become one of Apple’s fierce competitors.

Apple is a company that consistently works on being the leading edge. Apple was started by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. They were given credit for revolutionizing the computer industry by democratizing the technology and making machines smaller, cheaper, and intuitive for everyday consumers. In the beginning Apple did suffer some flaws. Apple has now become one of the leading companies in the advancement of technology. Apple is successful because it carefully thinks how to sell products at the right prices. Apple only makes moves that they are strong and confident in. Apple does not change or add feature in a panic mode. Apple has been able to strategies and match up with challenges in the technology industry that has enabled Apple to sustain over time. Apple’s innovativeness of developing computers and software stands taller than their competitors in the industry. They need to continue revolutionize technology with the integration of music, images, and animation. There are things that have made Apple the leading forefront. Apple needs to continue to improve the Macintosh operating system. Continuation study of the market is in Apple’s best interest. It helps apple to identify the needs of the consumer and tailors their products to meet the needs of professional and consumer market.
