With the global development of digital age and information technology today, management information system (MIS) plays a significant role in today’s business competition. A prominent role is that it helps a firm to manage relationships with internal and external customers effectively. With rapid changes taking place nowadays it is no longer a difficult task for an organisation to reach customers and achieving their objectives and goals. The breakthrough of management information system (MIS) has significantly impacted the way business is conducted today.

It also provides a number of advantages to individuals and businesses. From an individual perspective, information system facilitates communication interaction among individuals. Nowadays, people can interact and communicate to each other more conveniently and comfortably than in the past.
