Throughout our lives we are faced with important decisions that should be made and bridges to cross and the financial bridge we face daily. This bridge is filled with a lot of decisions and choices. The decisions we choose are generally financial or economic decisions. We always have to make a final decision eventually in business and making these decisions are not always easy. Sometimes it may be best to look at the scenario from a different perspective when making difficult decisions as we can only expect a little concerning the result.

The purpose is to examine the financial accounting of the Cardiac Care hospital glancing at it from their angle. Cardiac Care hospital faces several failures which involves; accounting systems, capital expansion,capital shortage, and funding options. Assisting with a company's capital shortage it is important to make accurate decisions, however this can be challenging. One idea to help with the capital shortage is cost-cutting. I suggest to trimming down the staff to manage the climbing expenses. I believe that the decrease in staff can affect the hospital's function on a small scale, however if the capital shortage is able to decrease, staff members can return to their previous duties. One major outcome that could take place as a result of this decision is that it could effect the hospital's system overall and reduce staff agencies. The decision made was not easy, but nevertheless it was made with an open and unbiased mind. Staff agency crews usually receive salaries that are twice as much compared to the regular employees and by downsizing a small portion of this department will aid the hospital in reducing expenses.
