Healthy Eating 2
Today with the economic times, people losing their jobs and people going back to school
to get their degree we find ourselves letting our lifestyle do down the drain. We find ourselves
eating more fast foods, less exercise and just not caring about our health. The key factor is
people who eat healthy live longer life's. Schools and hospitals use a dietary plan to control
healthy eating but fast foods have not decreased. We need to keep ourselves healthy by
eating healthy. With this paper I plan to provide why exercise is important, why fast foods
are bad for us, provide research on study's, and tips to eating healthy.
Exercising is a key factor for a healthy lifestyle. Exercising can help prevent the risk
Of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Exercising can improve our
Appearance and delay the aging process. When we exercise it will help give our body energy to keep going. Exercising develops muscles, ligaments, and bones. Flexibility through exercising can reduce our chance for injury. One of the keys to weight control is exercising as it burns calories. With burning more calories it will help us lose more weight. Exercising can do the following: reduce stress, sleep better, and improve our lifestyle. Once we start exercising on a daily basis we find ourselves wanting to improve our lifestyle even more. We should be consistent with exercising; we need to start out slow with exercising by beginning with 10 stretches that target our muscle groups and hold each stretch for 10-30 seconds each, should exercise three days per week with each work out starting out with 30 minutes each, and work our way up to 60 minutes for each work out.
