Employee Training and Career Development Paper

* Explain the role of training in an organization’s development.

* To move forward in the market one must keep employees trained and up to date on all the processes, materials, safety regulations, laws among other work related criteria that may affect the production and longevity of the company’s future. Training and development is a very important factor when a company is looking to hire new employees or when one is looking to promote someone with in the company. One would look at the qualifications of every individual as well as the training that he or she may have accepted from the company. However, if the training is not performed by a company approved employee, the outside trainer needs to be aware of the requisites that the employee must meet to consider the validation of such training. Assuming that all employees are treated equally one may have various candidates with similar training one can look deeper to their dedication and scores on their training. Also, as an employer, one can set as part of an agreement to become a manager, supervisor, or an upper-level manager one must first go though a series of company training or even have a certain college degree to achieve such positions.

* Describe different employee development methods and their benefits.

* There are various type of methods that one can provide to employees to increment their efficiency and meet and exceed production expectations. One of which is on the job training during their probation period which will ensure that when the employee is implemented to the front line he will be capable of performing up to part. Therefore if the employee is capable of performing the front line duties with in the first two months one can focus on improving and developing the qualities of the employees that want move up the ladder.
