INTRODUCTION

Modern technology has become an important aspect of our lives that without it the world would be radically different. We use so much technology that it has become the basic necessity today.

The City of Naga offer different venue and facilities for different events. It offers the use of the facilities for seminars, conferences, gatherings, sports and other activities. To make reservation the requestor must visit the office of the city mayor and submit a request letter for the event information and the facilities needed.

Reservation nowadays is one of the most visible services being offered to the people, whether it is in private or in public organization. Some organization offer a computerize reservation while other does it in the usual process. The manual process, when we say manual it is the reservation process wherein the facility user will be dealing with a lot of paper work s and have it signed by different personnel. Aside from it, the user must pass his request a couple of days, and in some cases weeks before the use of the facility. In order to have the privileged of using the desired facility this action must be done with a lot of patience.

The Online Request system is an application that automates the electronic processing of standard requests for IT services and replaces several paper and web forms. Online Request System is a system wherein its primary function is to accept request and the requestor will have wait for response from a personnel involve in the reservation
