Corporate Ethics Tactics

Operating business with ethics is primary function of organization. These ethics can be divided into two categories, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. It is not easy to operate business in ethical manner, because an ethical business has to be concerned with the behavior of all businesses that work in supply chain i.e. suppliers, contractors, distributers, and sales agents.

For the long term gain organization can use these ethical tactics like, trustworthiness and honesty, creating an open environment, technical integrity and confidentiality.

Profit vs. Responsibility

Earning profit for organization is the main aim of business owner, but there may be some consequences if owner focus only on the profits. Organization should accept responsibilities of stake holders if it is operating a business with public presence that relies on customer and community support. CanGo should take their responsibility about adding violent game, they should use some control over online gaming based on user’s age. In this way they can continue their business with the profit and responsibility.

I think customers have the control over the market. They decide what’s in the trend and what’s not. Companies expend on the products which customer willing to buy. So we are responsible for the presence of violent game in the market. We are the end users who pay the company for their products. People like violent, that’s why gaming companies are launching violent game in the market and they are making pretty good profit from this.
