Introduction

Managers are needed all around the world. The management role is very important in an organization. When an organization has appointed an individual as being a manager, the organization has viewed this individual’s performance and ethical conduct. The individual has performed in a way that the organization feels the individual can be a role model. Organizations are always looking for leaders and people they can train to become a leader in their organization. Companies train employees to become better performers and it helps the company gain more progress in performance. However, being a manager has its ups and downs. Managers are faced with some easy decisions and sometimes they are faced with very difficult decisions.
