THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction

The new growing technology arises so fast. It is the necessary for people to have knowledge for the fast technology that arises nowadays. We all know computer can be used in many ways, which can help to make an institution or company’s job more easily and it results efficient and effective. As rising technology we have to compete, to be aware of constant change in our environment.

The creation of computer is one of the major breakthroughs of technologies. Nowadays, most companies and school institutions use computers in order for them to have an easier way of doing works. Also some institutions and companies used computer based system for their billing, inventories, information, payroll and registration. The discovery of this so-called computer took a big leap in modernization.

Advances in both information and registration systems have changed the way business operates and they continue to produce new changes. These changes affect most of us in terms of the content of the work we do, the way we do our work, and the way we managed. Today school institutions are trying to keep the institution’s entire information asset in an organized and navigable. But how can you make it possible for people across an institution to find documents when they need it? It will take a lot of time and effort.

The computerized registration system is work efficiently to the user and time saving. Also, it is user friendly because even if the user is not computer literate, there are icons that can easily to understand.

Computers revolutionized the registration system among school institutions in the Philippines. Computers can do the same job as office workers at a faster rate and more accurate manner. Computers taken up a new kinds of job to lessen the manual job and speeding up the process.
