GIGI’s catering
Overview:
Gigi Santos was a canteen operator of Naga City National high school. She was asked by Mrs. Manalastas, the principal of the aforementioned school, if she could cater or provide dinner for the annual Junior and Senior prom. If Ms. Santos was to accept the offer she would be catering 1500 student and in just this one-time event she would be earning approximately php225 000. Inclusive in Ms. Santos task was to offer a menu in her catering service that would fit in the budget of each student at the same time would satisfy their tastes. Of course Mrs. Manalastas assured her that the students are not too discriminating in food but still there are sets of specifications or expectations for the catering services that Mrs. Manalastas laid out for Ms. Santos:
Expectation
Price : Php225 000 ( Php150 * 1500 students)
Quality : Simple yet decent tasting meal for the students. It is also expected that Ms. Santos observe the safety standards of the food that will be served.
Delivery: The food should be ready and prepared by 4:00 pm on the day of the JS prom.
