INTRODUCTION
Kudler Fine Foods is a reputable company that has ambitions in expanding in Northern California. In order to expand successfully, new positions are needed therefore, new employees are required. Transitions will be made as smooth as possible. Kudler Fine Foods will have a development plan that will hire qualified employees while retaining the current ones. After the completion of the expansion, Kudler Fine Foods will be larger and better than it has ever been.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Upper management will be searching for five fresh faces to join the team at Kudler Fine Foods. The team will consist of a store manager, baker, cashier, butcher and store clerk. The list of the job positions, duties, and qualification are as follows:
Food Service Manager
❖ Take inventory and order products as needed
❖ Ensures employees are in compliance with health and safety regulations
❖ Balance receipts at the conclusion of each business day
❖ “Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements” (Occupational Information Network, 2004).
❖ Assist with customer complaints and settling disputes
Qualifications
1. At least three years experience in the food service industry
2. Previous experience using Microsoft word and excel
3. At least three years of managerial experience in customer service.
4. Preferably a bachelors degree in business
5. Three years managerial experience including strategic planning, leadership techniques and problem solving skills.
Store Clerk
❖ Stocking/ restocking shelves as needed
❖ Answer customers’ questions regarding where items are shelved.
