Effective communication is an essential tool in any business in order to fight in a competitive market . As an insurance agent communication is important , because it requires constant interaction with customers and all staff of the company. This document mention the characteristics of the audience and the ways in which an effective communicator must consider when presenting information.

In making a presentation must understand the audience and maintain control of the audience. Allow questions and comments at certain times of the meeting, and the ability to intervene to maintain control of the meeting. By knowing the speaker department projections have an idea if the meeting is a success by the questions asked. By knowing the expectations of the partners is the speaker who should be able to meet the goals set by the department. Meet a hearing is crucial when a presentation should be made if required or necessary to educate different groups : actors , directors , sales people and customers.

 Once one is able to determine who is the audience , the presenter is wise to investigate how you can communicate effectively to different groups . What matters above all is to gather data to help the presentation. Information is already normally provided by the organization , therefore , the data that may be may be the communication efficiency . As a presenter or speaker , one should take into account the different characteristics of the audience , the communication channels , to be aware of the various groups and ensure that the message intended is effectively presented .

The information must be relevant to the audience and the presenter to have an understanding of the material, he or she must determine what the audience, message , and determining who is allowed to be properly present the material.
