Abstract

Does it look a fantasy?
Henceforth it won’t!!. Scientists have come up with the new concept of Nanogenerators in the Field of MEMS & NEMS. MEMS (Micro-electromechanical System),the system in which micro mechanisms are coupled with microelectronics, is the foundation for broad range of products like sensors, actuators, filters, resonators, micro batteries, optoelectronics etc. The paper briefs the MEMS systems along with its ingredients along with its futurity.
As current battery technology limits the use of ever shrinking Biomedical and other sensors...
