Riordan Manufacturing is currently the highest seller in its field of manufacturing plastic injection molding and is also one of the top companies around. The most important part of the business is the website because it is the first thing the consumers are able to see and know about them. In order for the company to be in its prime, it needs to have both systems and subsystems in place which will then allow the ability to implement all the enhancements the company wants to make. The organization currently has 4 locations all across the world. The company uses plastic parts to make important parts for our economy, such as medical uses, heart valves, and any custom parts needed by its consumer. Riordan is facing one of the biggest challenges in its industry which is caused by the system put in place. The current system in place, which operates information differently on the systems and subsystems, is causing a problem in the entire organizations data management.

The Mission and Description page of Riordan’s website was well done. It was straight to the point giving what they want to accomplish and stand for in its Mission Statements by utilizing a bulleted scheme with four areas of focus. The description of what the company is currently doing is again short and to the point, but you do understand what it is they do and have a general idea of their financial standing. This allows one to easily begin making any purchase or stock decisions they may need.
The Finance and Accounting page is well organized with each financial form getting its own page. The Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and their various Budgets are easily accessible and understandable. When examining the content you have some things that quickly stand out to you.
