Usually the image of an island in the Pacific would create thoughts of paradise. Long beaches, endless summer days, and relaxing with tall drinks might come to mind in regards to paradise. However, on the island of Kava, the thought of paradise seems to be long forgotten. Disasters fill the landscape, streets and business places of Kava's island. Disasters range from natural disasters, such as tidal waves, typhoons, tornadoes, floods, fires, and earthquakes, to unnatural disasters, such as petroleum spills, high disease risks, and terrorisms. Some may see a business' move to Kava as another disaster however, MOPE Designs sees the move as a creative oppurtunity to not only enhance economics in a struggling country but also to increase awareness of creative thinking.

MOPE Designs is a promotional company for local artists to exhibit creations worldwide as well as promoting creativity in any way, shape, or form. MOPE always makes a commitment to environmentally enhancing ideas. Numerous events, such as creativing forms of art from trash, has successfully influenced communities and the environment to look outside the box for recycling. Beyond the oppurtunities for artists in Kava to join MOPEs Design team, MOPE supplies oppurtunities for those who may not be artistic in nature. MOPE Designs plans to bring creative seeds to nourish and grow in Kava and Kava's natives.The creative seed will exist in two forms. The first takes form as a creative committee to introduce an oppurtunity for Kava natives to get involved not only with MOPE but also with accelerating a better Kava. The second seed to plant will be oppurtunities to participate and attend creative contests and events.
