Personal Responsibility is the responsibilities any one person has in his or her daily life and the choices one makes that effect those responsibilities. College students must put the completion of their education at the top of the responsibilities list. As a student and a mother the well being of my family is priority followed immediately by the completion of my college education.

Friends and family call me Tori, I am twenty seven years old and a mother of three beautiful girls ages five, two, and newborn. My girls and their dad are my life. In order to provide my family with the life I want to provide them the completion of my education is vital. I would like ti take the time now to discuss some plans and strategies I have developed for my education and my families future.

In order to be a successful business professional I must understand Personal Responsibility and be able to incorporate it into my daily life. The relation of personal responsibility and college success is a strong one. In order to be successful in college a student like myself must balance studies and personal matters very well. A student must be able to complete tasks on time, do strenuous school work, usually on top of an already strenuous schedule. (E books master student) Students must make time for studies as well as time for their family, friends, and loved ones. Parents who are students must balance being a good student as well as a good parent. Learning how to balance personal responsibility between ones personal and professional life is a very significant tool. (Walker, Karen)

Once a student has learned the relationship between personal responsibility and college success it is time to develop a plan of action or strategy guide to follow in order to better guarantee completion of a college degree.
