* Hired by Kudler Fine Foods as a consultant, Learning Team B will discuss Kudler Fine Foods change management plan, which consists of two parts: the Enterprise Framework and the Project Framework.

Enterprise Framework

The enterprise framework deals with Kudler’s business goals, critical success factors, challenges, and implications of change, solutions, and its business case for the change.

Business goals | The business goals of Kudler Fine Foods are to centralize human resources function for the three store locations by automating the processes within the human resources department that will increase operational efficiency. Another goal is to ensure the human resources department maintains employee files consistently so that any manager has the opportunity to review his or her employees at any time. The automation of human resources department enables the department to maintain organization, consistency, and the ability to provide not only exceptional customer service to Kudler’s external customers but also the internal customers as well. Improving the human resources process enables the company to hire qualified individuals to be part of Kudler’s team who will be able to work in any of the three locations. If the need arises for additional help at one location, the human resources department can review the pool of applications, recommends the most knowledgeable, and qualified individuals in a consistent manner. A store manager who needs an employee will be able to review the potential applicants for a particular position online at the manager own locations. This process will save time and money for Kudler because the manager is not going to the administrative office to review potential applicants, and the automation will make hiring a faster process when there is need for additional staff. |
