I also take the opportunity to express my thanks to Sir Naeem Sheikh (instructor of Marketing Research) for his continuous support, kind attitude, keen interest and guidance during the whole tenure of making this report.

Although it was a mandatory requirement for the course of Marketing Research, yet it has been a very interesting task.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We have conducted the research on the request of HR Manager of Takaful Pakistan Mr. Shaikh Azeemuddin. The opportunity which was identified is that they want to know why there is lack of awareness about takaful in general public.

The major goal of this report is to provide with experience in applying the concepts and methods of marketing research to a real world marketing opportunity. This exercise imparts a clear design and practical knowledge on the implementation of marketing strategies and plans.

The main problem is Lack of Awareness about Takaful among general Public. The objective of our research is that they are not having the substantial amount of customers, which is one of the main problem faced by the organization, regarding this concern we are trying to find out the actual core realities that why people are unaware of Takaful.

Our target population is general public and traders. We have selected the sample size of about 300. Sample has been taken from four different areas of Karachi.
