Week Four Learning Team A Reflection

Team A will address six aspects for performance management framework for client Bradley Stonefield’s Limousine Service. Team A understands that there are four levels of assessing training needs, organization analysis, demographic analysis, operations analysis, and individual analysis. The six topics of discussion that Team A will address are 1) Alignment of the performance management framework to the organizational business strategy. 2) Organizational performance philosophy. 3) Completion of a job analysis process that Team A will complete to identify the skills needed by the client’s employees. 4) Methods used for measuring the employee’s skills. 5) Identify a process for addressing skill gaps of the client’s employees. 6) Approach for delivering effective performance feedback. Additionally, within this paper, Team A will also address the principle and strategy for this week’s reflection assignment for developing a performance management framework for recommendation the client.

Principle and Strategies

As an Atwell Consultant for Bradley Stonefield’s Limousines Service (small business scenario), the most interesting strategies and principles included in the performance management plan was the Framework for Performance Management and the Results-oriented Method of appraising employee performance.
