Kramer Consumer Healthcare was faced with multiple IT challenges that were negatively impacting their business. Not only was Kramer experiencing the nuisances of an unstable infrastructure along with the challenges of their IT solution, they were preparing to move into a new location. Kramer recognized the need for a trusted partner who is an expert in infrastructure management and who is a genuine technology consultant. To prevent further hindrances in their infrastructure, Kramer turned to Compuquip Technologies for Managed IT Services.

Compuquip’s Managed IT Services and Virtual Desktop Solution stabilized Kramer Consumer Healthcare infrastructure.

The Compuquip Solution

After performing a thorough analysis of Kramer’s network infrastructure to determine IT needs, functions, dependencies and issues, Compuquip developed a strategic plan that would eliminate IT dilemmas and increase efficiencies. With the Compuquip Managed IT Services model, Compuquip was able to stabilize Kramer’s infrastructure, which included deployment of the Compuquip Virtual Desktop Solution, powered by VMware. By assigning a team of various certified engineers, Compuquip was able to successfully deploy and manage Kramer’s new Virtual Desktop environment prior to Kramer moving to their new location. To ensure a smooth transition to the Compuquip Virtual Desktop solution, Compuquip worked closely with Kramer’s end users by conducting consultations at Kramer’s headquarters before deployment of the Virtual Desktop Solution.
