Solution for stress at work

Hi everybody, my name is Linh. I am from FTU. I major in Finance and banking.

It is my pleasure to be here today to talk about “Solution for stress at work”.

My time for presentation will be 10 minutes.

I will divide my presentation into 3 main parts: the opening, the body and the conclusion. In the body, there will be 3 main sub points: brief causes and consequences of stress, division of solution into 3 categories and action plan to stress.

And now, let’s start:

I. In the opening, I will let you see some amazing figures about stress at work: (insert chart)(effective opening)

40% of workers report their job is very or extremely(emphasis 4) stressful by Northwestern National Life

By the Families and work Institute, there are 26% of workers say they are often or very often burned out or stressed by their work.

Followed Yale University, there are about 29% of workers feel quite a bit or extremely stressed at work.

So, stress is not a decision but how you deal with it. I am sure that many employees have ever wondered how to reduce stress in their working environment. Today, I’m going to show you how you can be a master of a stressful situation at work with effective solution.

II. There will be 3 main sub points in the body.

1. Firstly, I would like to talk about causes and consequences of stress very briefly(focusing)

a. 50% of workers supposed that they feel a great deal stress on their job but what causes will play stress.

* Your salary in not commensurate with your ability or it is not enough for your daily life.

You have to pay too much money on your living costs so you have problem with your expenses

If you meet all these problems it means that you are in trouble with money

* Are you getting stuck with too much work?

Do you have all done in only 5 minutes?

Your deadline, you always run behind your deadline.
