Ksera S. (2011) “Raising awareness for the inclusion of Roma and Egyptians in the context of Albania's integration into the European Union gathers in Tirana, the Albanian Government and the European Commission: Ministry of Culture

In this article Ksera demonstrates that taking proactive measures to support the integration of Roma living in Albania brought together representatives of government, local government, non-governmental organizations and international actors, who throughout the day discussed the issues, challenges and identifying possible solutions. In his words he mentions that the priority of his politics is the inclusion of Roma Community in the social life of all the community in every aspect. He take to the consideration the last convention that parliament approved for the Roma Community. Based on his words in this article I would say that these words are far away from the reality. Even though Mr. Ksera spoke for laws and conventions, no one of them isn’t part of Roma Community and doesn’t protect them or include them in all the fields of the Albanians social life.

Vacek P. (2010) “National Strategy for the improvement of living conditions of Roma Community”: The case of OSCE

Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, its countries participating and the OSCE Presence in Albania consider the situation of the Roma minority a matter of concern for the country. During the past presence has implemented several projects to assist that Albania has made efforts to improve the living conditions of this community. In this article organized by OSCE and ombudsman Igli Totozani were organized in a cell structure form all the strategies that the government and the Roma OJF must follow to improve a better life and better living conditions to Roma Community.
