About one month ago, I came to Seattle, WA, United State. I was really worried about my future, in a strange country. And now, after one month I have lived here, I have accustomed gradually myself to bustling life of American. In my opinion, I think it has three things that I like when I have lived in United State.

First, American are really confident about themselves. It is easy for them to talk with strangers. However, I can not do it. I am a shy girl. Therefore, in class, I have just sat and waited others to come and say “Hello” to me. They do not care what people around them think about them. They like the way they are. They are ready to show their personalities, to make differences and afraid nothing. In my country, sometime, if you do differently with majority, you will be criticized and no one want to make friend with you. Therefore, I like their confidence to show what they think, and do what they want.

Second, I am interested in traffic signs on streets. When my aunt drives me into the night, far away, they look like luminescing by electricity. In fact, they do not. I think it is really good for drivers, to attract them to the signs and avoid many accidents in the night. In my country, some signs are located at blind places. That means, drivers do not see the traffic signs, so accidents are easily occurred. I hope that my country will study it in the future, and the accidents will be decrease to lowest.

Finally, one more thing I like is cars. In the United State, cars are popular. Everyone can have and drive cars. In my country, cars is really expensive. Residents always use motorcycles. It’s fine. However, weather is a main problem. For example: if it’s rain, I will be wet. Using car, it will be faster than motorcycle and I can go everywhere that do not mind about rainy or sunny, cold or hot weather.

To sum up, those are three things I have just felt interested after one month I have lived here. In the future, maybe, I will find more things...
