* Before getting involved in deep employee and employer relationships, a look into the meaning of unions, labor relations, and his or her their effect on organizations' operations must come forward. For example, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union is a huge start. How this union takes its members under their wing to apply apprenticeships and be a voice that every electrician can bring their opinion and needs to the top channels. On the other hand, simultaneously labor relations are playing an active role in conflict through disagreements and negative conduct is dealt with appropriately and decisively. During the exploration of employee relations and effective communication, a clear picture is painted to examine the effect of changes on today's workforce.

* Unions play a significant role in employee and employer relations. Acting as an intermediary for insane actions from above like cutting employee pay, a union gets involved to resolve most conflict between employee and employer. One example of a union is the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW); this craft union is responsible for the training of individuals, assigning them to apprenticeships and ensures the employee’s voice is heard. Many electricians hired for employment in Afghanistan and Iraq are trained as linemen, computer operators, and sometimes small engine electronic diagnostics engineers. By forming this union, electricians inherit a agreement for how benefits and interactions with employers will be handled.
