In TESCO, staffs need to be motivated or inspired such as cashier, customer service employees, in-stock employees. They are very important, their positions affect turnover of the company. Cashier is position that needs the most attention. They always has to communicate with customers, the attitude, gesture toward customer of cashier also affect service quality that usually evaluated by customers.

It also can bring about the higher quality in service or product. By adapting employees who have skills and knowledge with higher energy level environment, employees will exert their strength to achieve the organizational goals. Meaning they will raise reputation of company in the market simply by producing a superior product or services. Unmotivated employees will use minimum effort, resulting in poor service, and low-quality products. When employees are working in the same environment and behaviors of majority of employee affect to the rest of them.
