Hello everybody, welcome you to my presentation. When look at the title page I sure U know today I will talk about the Aodai. From long time ago, Aodai is one of the main clothes for everybody. It is considered as the national dress until now. However, inheriting and promoting of this outfit is a very difficult. Today, I will present about a company has overcome difficulties and achieve success in conserving and promoting Aodai Vietnam.

Now, I will move to marketing strategy. The company has strategy include 3 main factors and they do them parallel. Firstly, company takes the market research; they observed the trend change of fashion. They looked for the highlight in demand of customer, after that, they change their product how to suitable with demand of consumer. Moreover, when they take market research, they divided the consumer into groups who can be received the best serve from the company. Secondly, from market research, they also find out the market target. They determined their main consumer is luxury class. After that they direct to general class and middle class consumer. In the future they want to extend to foreign market. And last one that pricing strategy, they divide prices by customer class and discount 15% for patrons.

At last, I want to show you some highlight achievements of company. This is the couple of Aodai was wrote into record books. It was exhibited during the thousand years of Thang Long festival and it is currently on display at the Vietnam Museum. Not only that, company were invited to participate in cultural events in countries around the world. Most recent event is the fashion culture in European countries in July 2013. The company has many collections exhibition in France, Germany... and helps promote the image of Aodai Vietnam to everyone in the world. And last, this is Lan Huong designer alongside the traditional Aodai gave Korean President Park Geun-hye of her visit to Vietnam from 7-11/9/2013.
