Breathing and Relaxation technique; How the effect our internal physiology both health and mental

Many times we breathe without any knowledge or concern how it will affect our health but if we put more concern and carefully with the way of breathing properly it will help us to have good physical health and good mental health. It also helps ease the tension at the same time as well.

Almost unbelievable that breathing correctly is the right way to reduce stress and can also boost in performance and this allow us to be healthy without having any cost. The health professionals often recommend it in the way of using this breathing technique to lose weight includes a healthy diet which is a simple way to reduce the stress.

According to the journals and what I had read, there are very simple ways to help relieve stress, which is usually no one right before that is the way of “Breathing correctly” not just inhale or exhale like what we used to do in daily’s life.

The study found that if we learn how to breathe properly then it helps to have better physical and mental health. Although it can not cure the disease and illness directly but the benefit and positive point of the breathing techniques will help control the anxiety, stress and worries.

Also, breathing correctly will help to concentrate the mind, nervous system and can control the stress concentration which occurs.

The difference between normal breathing and deep breathing are

1. Breathing in normal position, it is the way we inhale air from the lungs and using the muscles of one’s chest. Breathing this way will allow oxygen to nourish the heart, which acts on the heart to pump blood to the body cells of another.

       

2. On the contrary, deep breathing is the way we breathe by taking oxygen in with all concern and slow down. Not using the chest muscles. However, the diaphragms, the muscle below the lungs were divided into three large sections...
