P90x VS Weight Watchers

Would it surprise people to know that more women choose to diet rather than exercise and men choose to exercise rather than dieting? Dieting and exercising are all about results, which is why more women choose Weight Watchers and men choose P90x. Many women simply want to lose weight and tone their bodies versus building muscle. Many users that have seen results feel that it is effective because it teaches you how to eat healthier, check the fat, fiber and calories on the food label and gives a superior support system with group meetings and online tools.
